Where can I find the music schedule?

The Schedule is not yet posted but will be soon!

Will you accept credit/debit card payments at the gate?

Yes! And there will be an ATM at the gate.

When can I arrive?

Gates open at 12:00pm Friday afternoon.

When does the fun begin?

Right away!

Vendors and Food Trucks: 12:00pm-10:00pm Friday & Saturday.

Music: 3:00pm-11:00pm Friday & Saturday.

Late night Silent Disco: 11:00pm-??? Friday & Saturday

When do I have to leave?

All attendees must be out by 2:00pm on Sunday.

Is re-entry permitted?

Yes! But your parking tag must be visible, and your Sensi Family Gathering wristband must be on your wrist and intact.

What if I lose my Sensi Family Gathering wristband?

Sorry! Wristbands will not be replaced. Please see a Sensi Family Gathering staff member if you feel your wristband is loose or may rip.

Is there a charge for parking?

Yes! Overnight parking is $10 per car. Day Parking is $5 per car. Carpooling is recommended.

Can I get a Day Pass for Friday?

No. Day passes are good for Saturday only.

Is a Day Pass good for camping?

Yes! The Saturday Day Passes are good for camping Saturday night.

Can I buy a Day Pass if I'm not camping?

Yes! But it is a flat fee whether you’re camping or not.

Can I bring food and/or coolers into the campground?

Yes! You are permitted to bring coolers with food and beverages, but several food trucks will be on site all weekend (with veggie & vegan options). If you’ll be walking around with beverages, please bring cans and/or plastic cups as we cannot allow glass in common areas.

Can I camp beside my car?

Yes! But please note that car camping spots are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Is alcohol permitted?

Yes. No glass containers.

Will there be alcohol for sale?

No.

Will there be a charging station?

No.

Are dogs permitted?

Yes.

Can we have individual fires at our campsite?

Sorry, no. Due to forest fire risks, individual fires are not permitted. (Grills are ok!)

Will there be bathrooms and showers?

Porta-pottys will be available throughout the festival grounds. No showers will be available.

Will electricity be available for camping?

No.

Can I bring a weapon or firearm into Sensi Family Gathering?

No. Weapons and firearms are strictly prohibited.

Can I bring a golf cart or any other motorized vehicle into the campground?

No motorized vehicles are permitted unless it is necessary for handicapped persons or special needs, and you must provide proof of insurance.

Is Sensi Family Gathering handicapped accessible?

Sensi Family Gathering festival grounds, including camping areas and performance spaces are accessible for handicapped persons. Handicapped accessible bathroom facilities will be available as well. However, if special accommodations are required, we will be happy to work with you.

Does Sensi family Gathering have a harassment policy?

Yes! Sensi Family Gathering is committed to providing all of its attendees a fun and safe environment. If the behavior of a patron/s around you becomes disruptive, inappropriate, or violent, please see a Sensi Family Gathering staff member. Sensi Family Gathering reserves the right to eject any patron or refer them to the authorities – and nobody wants that. This is a party!
